A decisive step towards predictive maintenance: The Global Box
The industry is taking a keen interest in the implementation of predictive maintenance that allows increasing equipment availability, lower maintenance costs and thus increased productivity.
Actemium Maintenance Belfort developed a new box that concentrates the data of wired or unwired multi-process sensors and gives the capacity of collecting IT and OT data. This box will not only highlight the process drifts but will also be valuable for maintenance teams to anticipate breakdowns or to accurately analyze the origin of degradation.
The development team of The Global Box states, “the interesting aspect is that it can be installed on all types and generations of industrial equipment, such as machine tools, motor-fan units, overhead cranes and many others”.
