A successful relocation
As part of its international industrial transfer activities, Actemium Nantes was entrusted with a large-scale industrial transfer operation on behalf of a company manufacturing bottles of cosmetic products. Selected by the customer thanks to its successful technical solution based on a 3D model and a competitive price, Actemium Nantes transferred the customer’s production line from Ireland to its new location in France.
The turnkey delivery included project engineering (machine tracking, planning, initial assessment), the disassembly, the transport, the reassembly, and the power supply of the machines. Projects to relocate production tools require flexibility and responsiveness in execution to adapt to varying conditions of implementation. The know-how of Actemium Nantes in the engineering of the transfer project and the presence of the Actemium network made it possible to deliver the project under the best conditions and ahead of the planned schedule. The client appreciated the advice and the controlled execution of the project by Actemium, in a stressful context of plant closure.
